Q: Do I have to pay online? A: No, you do not need to pay online. You can select cash as the payment type when you register online and pay cash, debit or credit when you come in. Q: Do you offer BLS Renewal classes? A: The AHA no longer offers a renewal course with the change in guidelines effective February 2016. Q: Do I need to purchase a student manual? A: Books are mandatory and must be used during the class. We have various pricing options for books that range from $5.00 - $19.00. Q: How long does the class take? A: It varies depending on the course you’re taking, but ranges from 1.5 – 6 hours. Q: Do you offer ACLS, PALS, NRP, C NA or HHA classes? A: No, currently we do not offer these classes. Q: Will I receive my card at the end of the course? A: Yes, upon successful completion. Q: Will I pass the course and is it hard? A: We do not guarantee anything ,but no one has ever failed. We assist you, provide you with all the tools and knowledge needed to pass the class, and everyone’s measurement of the term “hard” is different. The BLS class requires a written and skills test at the end of the course. Q: Do I need to make an appointment ? A: No, but it's highly recommended.  You won't be notified if there are any changes to the class or if the class gets canceled. Q: What are your office hours/class schedule? A: We have classes daily, and hours may vary due to classes being taught off site. We open Monday- Friday at 9:00 am and Saturday at 8:00am. Q: Do you provide on-site training at various facilities? A: Yes, we travel for 5 or more, and waive our traveling fee for 10 or more. Q: Do you offer instructor courses? A: Yes, by appointment.  Please email us for more detailed information about becoming an instructor at info@cprsuccess.net. Q: Are classes ever canceled? A: Evening and weekend classes with less than 3 people enrolled are subject to be canceled. Most morning and afternoon classes will be held even if there's only one student. Q: Do you offer private or individual classes? A: Yes, but get rates are higher. Q: Do you provide first aid for school bus drivers? A: Yes, call to check availability and to schedule an appointment.
